I've spent the last several years working as a Nutritional Scientist in London, where I’ve supported over 500 individuals and reviewed more than 100 biomarkers per case - including bloodwork, hormone panels, metabolic tests, and body composition analysis.
Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how no two people are the same. While we share many physiological patterns, the variables that influence our health – from biology to lifestyle to beliefs – are deeply personal.
