How it all started
I didn’t get into this field from curiosity, I got in through struggle.
My relationship with food began with restriction. As a competitive dancer from a young age, I internalized ideas of what a dancer’s body “should” look like. I started dieting at 13. I didn’t need to, but I thought I did. I spent 12 years competing in dance, and many of those years dieting, shrinking, restricting.
But by 18, my body fought back. My hunger and fullness cues were gone. I didn’t know when I was hungry or when I was full. I had gained a lot of weight and my body was completely out of balance. I was doing everything "right" according to the diet world – counting calories, tracking macros, eating clean, exercising – and still, nothing worked. It felt like my body was broken.
Until I stopped trying to control it… and started trying to understand it.

Unlearning and Rebuilding
When I began studying Human Nutrition, most of my peers were focused on calories and weight loss formulas. I was more interested in metabolism, biochemistry, hormones, and how food actually interacts with the body on a cellular level. I realized early on that the traditional approach didn’t work for everyone, and it certainly didn’t work for me.
While others were talking about calories in vs. out, I was reading about neurotransmitters and insulin resistance. Almost a decade ago, I was already digging into the gut-brain connection and the role of hormones in weight regulation, long before these became common topics.

Over time, my relationship with food healed, and so did my body. But what truly changed was my focus. I stopped caring about weight loss, not just because I reached my goals, but because I realized that weight was never the real goal. I’ve lived in both extremes: from my lowest weight to my highest, I’ve spanned 43 kilos. And I can honestly tell you: being thinner didn’t make me happier.
What made me happy was having control over my body, my energy, my choices, and helping others do the same.

My Work Experience
I started working young, and I was lucky to work with people who were open to a new way of thinking. My work focused on optimal health and longevity, using the latest tools: bloodwork, hormonal testing, metabolic analysis, body composition scanning, stool testing, and even 3D posture mapping with infrared medical devices.
I’ve worked with over 500 individuals, reviewing more than 100 biomarkers per person. These are not just numbers. They tell a story. And it’s my job to read it.
My goal isn’t to chase symptoms or label you with a diagnosis. It’s to ask better questions. To find patterns. To help you see what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Alongside my clinical work, I completed a Master’s in Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health from King’s College London. I wanted to help people transform not just their habits, but their internal world.
I use this training to teach clients how to rewire their mindset, harness neuroplasticity, and reconnect with their bodies. Because food and supplements alone aren't enough. We also have to work on beliefs, behaviors, and the stories we carry.

In addition, I’ve completed specialised training in metabolic analysis and continue to pursue advanced education in holistic interpretation of diagnostic tests, ranging from functional blood chemistry analysis to gut and hormonal testing. These tools help me make sense of complex cases and create protocols that are truly aligned with each client’s unique biology.
My Approach
One thing that defines me is this: I go deeper, always. I don’t stop at surface-level symptoms or one-size-fits-all answers. If something seems too obvious, I question it. Because in my experience, clarity without curiosity leads to assumptions, and assumptions don’t heal people.
I collect data, listen deeply, explore your history, and connect the dots to offer an explanation rooted in both science and your personal story. Only then do I design a protocol that fits you.

The more I learn, the more I respect the complexity of the human body. There are no shortcuts - only precision, context, and compassion.
Personalisation doesn’t exist without biology. That’s why I rely on objective data: your symptoms, your bloodwork, your history. This is how I help you get to know your body, not just for a short-term result, but to support longevity, resilience, and sustainable vitality.

People often ask, “How much is your diet?” I never know how to answer that, because I don’t sell diets. I offer you the opportunity to understand your body, rebuild trust in it, and learn how to navigate your health with confidence and clarity.

I don’t sell diets. I don’t offer generic plans. And I never guess.
That’s what I do. And that’s who I am.
